By publishing this Privacy Policy in this website, we shall deem our customers and/or clients have already been notified. This policy explains how we may collect, use, share and process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“Act”) when we offer our services – tours, travel, cruise, hotels, events, meetings, and related products and services – through our person-to-person interaction or via our websites, mobile applications, or other online and offline means.

We will retain your personal data for the purpose of booking cruise and/or offering our services until and unless you exercise your right to withdraw your consent, by giving written notice to Hwajing and/or in compliance with Section 10 of PDPA 2010.

You are hereby given notice that the travel products and services will only be made available to you upon you accepting and expressly consenting to the terms of this Policy, where such express acceptance and consent shall be evidenced by you checking and submitting the Consent Form as stated hereinbelow.

Upon the application of the foregoing paragraph above, you shall be deemed to have expressly consented to the collection and processing of your personal data by Hwajing or any of its authorized agents, employees, partners and suppliers for the purposes stated in Clause 3 above. You shall also be deemed to have expressly consented to the disclosure of your personal data to the parties stated in Clause 6 hereof where such disclosure is required for the purposes or is for a purpose directly related to the purposes.

Subject to the note below, and in relation to your personal data, you shall have the following rights:

a)       Right to withdraw consent.

You may at any time, by written notice to Hwajing, withdraw your consent to Hwajing processing any of your personal data or such part or portion thereof. Upon receipt of such notice of withdrawal of consent and within the period prescribed by the Act, Hwajing shall take all necessary measures to give effect to your withdrawal of consent, to the extent that such withdrawal of consent does not conflict with any of Hwajing’s other legal obligations or with the provision of products and services to you. Please be advised that should you withdraw your consent to the use of your personal informations and/or data, we would be unable to process any of the product that you intended to book and/or product that you have booked and/or the services that you have engaged us for.

b)      Right to Access.

You may at any time, by written notice to Hwajing, request for access to all your personal data that is being processed by Hwajing.

c)       Right to Correct and/or Update your Personal Data

Where a copy of your personal data has been supplied to you pursuant to Clause 5 (b) above and you know or are aware that the information held by Hwajing is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date, you may, by written notice, request Hwajing to make the necessary correction to your personal data or update your personal data as available on your account with our website.

d)      Right to opt out of direct marketing

You may at any time, by written notice to Hwajing, requesting Hwajing at the end of a prescribed period, as is reasonable in the circumstances, to cease or not to begin processing your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing.

Note: Hwajing reserves the right to refuse to entertain any request for access or correction in the following circumstances:

·         Where you or the party making the request on your behalf fail to provide sufficient information as may reasonably be required to enable Hwajing to positively locate or identify the personal data to which the access request relates;

·         Where you or the party making the request on your behalf fail to provide sufficient information as may reasonably be required to enable Hwajing to confirm on your identity or the identity of the person making the request on your behalf or where Hwajing feels that you or the requesting party is not in fact the owner or the subject of the personal data in question and is not lawfully entitled to make any requests in relation to the personal data.

Hwajing collects, uses and discloses your personal data only for the purposes as stated in Clause 3 above. ·         To process and complete your travel and tour arrangements, your information is provided to third parties including service providers such as the airlines, hotels, tour and transport operators, cruise operators, destination management companies, travel insurance agencies and third-party intermediaries (for example, credit card companies and banks) as deemed essential whenever you purchase Hwajing travel and tour products and services;

·         As and when required by relevant law to disclose the personal Information.

7)      Cookies And Other Web Technologies

We automatically collect some information about you and your computer when you visit our website. For example, we will collect your IP address, Web browser software (such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari and Others), and referring website. We also may collect information about your online activity, such as trips viewed and purchases made.
